Workout schedule for week of 2/6-2/10 "JV" guys......MONDAY: pitchers/catchers in gym @ 6am---all on field 2:15-4:15 + lift 4:30-5:40, TUESDAY: OFF WEDNESDAY: on field 2:15-5:30 + hitting academy inside 5:45-7:00 pm THURSDAY: pitchers/catchers in gym 6:00- 7:00 AM --all on field 2:15-4:15 and lift 4:30-5:40 FRIDAY: OFF

Most did a great job on academics....build on it.....physicals will be offered at school on 2/9 if you know someone who wants to get involved and try out.....tryouts will be on Monday 2/20--- this is NOT a school day, times will be dependent on the weather.....will post tentative times next week.
'11 Grads moving on to the next level include Alex Lambert at Va. Wesleyan, Killian Streen to College of Albemarle (NC), and Shawn Morimano to the Cleveland Indians organization.
Pro Ball Update:
Bill Bray ('01) pitched in the big leagues with the Reds.....he was near the leaders in major league baseball in appearances last season. Mike Ballard ('02) has signed a free agent minor leagure deal with the Washington Nationals. Shawn Morimando ('11) signed with the Indians and went to Rookie Ball in Arizona and then to Insturctionals and to the Dominican Republic for winter ball with the Indians organization.
